As promised, here are my beginning photos for the year. Right now I am at 233 lbs and am very unhappy with the way that my body looks.
I know I am not alone in my struggle. I welcome anyone that wants to start this year off on a healthier note to join me as I dance, exercise, and chunk away the fat! It wont be easy and the results will be different for each and everyone of us, but I will start by sharing a few videos that I am using. They are YouTube videos (and they do not belong to me, but they are what I am using) and you can use them to work out along with me.
Along with these videos, I am also just doing my daily tasks as a mother and wife like laundry, cleaning, and taking care of my beautiful son and adding in some extra activity like dancing while I do the dishes, squats while I do the laundry, and adding baby into my Yoga routine.
